I made this for my Mother-in-law.  The bird is made of tupelo wood and is 8 1/2" long.

WOODPECKER

I made this carving for a friend who lives in Rockford, Alabama.  The Red Bellied Woodpecker is 6" tall and carved in Basswood.  It is painted in water base acrylics.  Nov 2005.

This is a Box I made for another Aunt for Christmas.  The box is 5.5" x 8" x 3.5" high and made of oak.  The top is a picture of one of her dogs carved in basswood.  Dec 2009 (Chicago, IL)

April 29, 2007. These are love birds for my brother and his future wife on their wedding day.  Both the male and female Cardinals are carved in basswood and the heart is 8" tall.
