I made for a friend who lives in New Baltimore, Michigan.  He is also a former Program Manager for Light Armored Vehicles.  This Marines stands 12" tall and is carved in basswood. (Feb 09)

I made this carving for one of the Cross Country coaches at Troy High School.  He is a former Marine and this Marine is carved in Basswood and painted in water base acrylics.  He stands about 8"tall.      (Nov 2008) 

Captain of Marines

I made this for a Captain in the Marine Corps station in Warren, MI.  The carving is 11" tall, carved in basswood and painted in water base acrylics.

Navy Chaplain

This was made for a  Chaplain I served with at 2d Combat Engineer Battalion, 2d Marine Division.   He is 11” tall and resides in Fallon, Nevada.   He is holding a bible and is dressed in Marine Corps digital Cammies.   (2006)

  1863 UNION MARINE.  This carving is 11" tall and carved in bass wood.  He was made of  friend who lives in Rapid City, South Dakota.  (1995) WWI MARINE:  This carving is 11" tall and carved in bass wood.  It was made for a friend who got commissioned a 2dLt.  This carving lives in Yuma, AZ.  (1998) VIETNAM COMBAT ENGINEER:  This carving was  a joint venture with a model builder.  I carved the Marine and he made the mine detector, the box mine, and head set.  He stands 11" tall and is made of basswood.  This carving lives in  AP Hill, Virginia.  (1998)

MARINE CORPS NUTCRACKER   

"Cake Top"

   I made this carving for a friend of mine in Helena, Montana.  She is getting married to a Marine Captain in July.  The carving is made of basswood, stands 7" tall, and is painted in water base acrylics.  It is designed to be a cake top.
